INTRODUCTION

By entering this competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Entrants must be planning a wedding taking place between 1st MARCH 2025 and 31st DECEMBER 2026 in Hampshire or the surrounding areas (e.g., Dorset, Surrey, Wiltshire, West Sussex).

Employees, agents, or affiliates of SOLENT STEMS are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at [website link] and submit it by the competition deadline: 31 JAN 2025

Only one entry per person is permitted.

2nd entries via Instagram Selfie Board tag to Solent Stems.

No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

Entrants must be the wedding couple.

Prize Details

The winner will receive £200 off their wedding flowers package with SOLENT STEMS, if your wedding date is free.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

The value of the flower order must exceed £500 before the £200 is applied.

The wedding service must be booked and used for a wedding taking place between the specified dates

The voucher is to be redeemed in its entirety by the recipient before 31/12/2025.After this date the voucher will be null and void.

The voucher is not transferable to a third party.

It is to be redeemed for one order and not split between multiple orders.

The recipient agrees to subscribe to our mailing list.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the competition deadline.

The winner will be notified by email or phone no later than 28th February 2025

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, another winner will be selected.

Use of Images

By entering this competition, participants agree that Solent Stems may use photographs taken at the winner’s wedding for promotional purposes.

This includes publication on the website, social media channels, and in print (e.g., magazines, brochures).

The winner will not receive additional compensation for the use of their images.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

The promoter’s decision in all matters related to the competition will be final.
