Pricing & Terms 2026

Pricing
£42 per person – includes all materials, preparation, and full workshop tuition.
£175 setup fee – covers off site preparation, travel, logistics, and full setup and clear
down – per session.
Minimum Booking
A minimum of 12 participants per session applies. This is the minimum chargeable
number regardless of final attendance.
Final Numbers
Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the workshop.
Numbers cannot be reduced after this point.
Payment
Invoices are issued based on confirmed or minimum numbers. Payment is due 7 days
before the session unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
More than 14 days’ notice – transferable to a new date (subject to availability).
Less than 14 days – 50% charge.
Less than 7 days – full charge
