Hire Terms & Conditions
To ensure our sashes remain in excellent condition for every customer, please note the following:

• All chair sashes remain the property of Solent Stems.
• Sashes should be returned on the agreed date after use.
• Please do not wash or iron them.
• Items should be returned dry and free from excessive dirt or debris.
• Normal wear from use is expected; however, customers are responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal use.

• Charges may apply for:
  • Lost or missing sashes.
  • Irreversible stains (including wax, paint, mould, ink, oil, or bleach marks).
  • Tears, burns, cuts, or other damage that makes a sash unsuitable for future hire.
• Any damaged or unreturned sash will be charged at the replacement cost of £5. per sash.
• We recommend checking your order upon collection or delivery and notifying us of any concerns immediately.
